As everybody is well aware winter is fast approaching, but the weather has been good lately allowing site development to continue to make progress. All of the sewer, water and gas in phase I has been installed and is in the process of being tested. The electric and communications conduits are in the process of being installed. Once installed and testing is completed, road base along with curbs and gutters can be installed. A major portion of the public roads have AB and curb installed and if the weather holds out the developer is hoping to start paving next week. The first of our phase I lot improvements has been completed and we are awaiting approval from the city to release permits allowing foundations to be poured. The next step allowing us to start framing on the foundations is dependent on the developer completing the paving of phase I streets.
