As we are now well in to winter, most of you are aware the weather has slowed progress to a halt. The City Of Flagstaff did issue our first permits and we did begin our first homes under construction in the middle of November. We were hoping for a mild winter but we only got the footers dug and the underground plumbing installed when the weather stopped us. We are still continuing to meet with buyers to select options and finalize contracts so that when the weather does allow we will be able to start on the foundation construction again. The developer is still struggling through financial hurdles but we remain optimistic that funding will be in place as the weather gets better and site improvements continue. The likely hood of continuing construction through these winter months is slim due to the amount of snow still on the ground. We will continue to update the website as news becomes available.
