The good news is winter is almost over and hopefully some nice spring weather will allow construction on homes to commence. The bad news is, due to the weather, this has been a horrible winter for construction, and there has been little activity on site. There is not much in the way of news as far as the developer is concerned. They are still working on assuring adequate funding to finish all of the phase one improvements and the funding should be in place by the end of March. All of the Doucette phase one lots are ready to build on and permit applications are in place at the city.
