The month of April showed some slight progress on site development requirements.  The contractor continued to test sewer and water for city approval and install the dry utilities prior to paving, curb & gutter.  We still do not have a definitive schedule for paving the streets from the developer.  Meanwhile, we are moving forward as far as we can with our own lot improvements & grading for our first sixty homes.  We reached a “major milestone” this week when we poured the first four slabs in Phase I of Presidio in the Pines.  We are anxious to continue the momentum and we will commence more foundation work as soon as work on paving the streets is underway.  Our ability to commence framing on Phase I is subject to City of Flagstaff approval of streets and related improvements.  We are ready to go, our sub-contractors are ready and we are still optimistic that that we will be building homes very soon.
