Presidio in the Pines is a 91-acre mixed-use urban village under construction in Flagstaff, Arizona, with the first homes planned to begin in the Spring 2008. The site is located on the northeast intersection of Woody Mountain Road and Interstate 40, a quarter mile south of Route 66. Doucette Flagstaff will be building approximately 184 homes in two distinctive products, Cluster Homes of which there are four different floorplans and Garden Homes of which there are three different floorplans to choose from.
